Whether you bake or buy your angelfood, this dessert is sure to plesae; Slice 2 pints strawberries; toss with 1 tablespoon each of granulated sugar and orange juice. In another bowl, beat until creamy: 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt, 1/4 cup “light” cream cheese, 1 teaspoon each of orange juice and vanilla, 3 tablespoons orange zest.
Cut 8 slices of angel-food cake. Top each with strawberries and a dollop of yogurt suace; garnes with fresh mint.
Serves 8. Per service: 213 calories, 2 g fat, 3mg cholesterol.
