Card is quite yellowed with minimal staining.
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 lemon rind grated
4eggs
1 pkg lemmon jello
3/4 c water
3/4 c salad oil
Bake in oblong pan about 35 minutes at 350
Topping
2 c powdered sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
perforate cake with fork while warm and pour on topping. Put back in oven for 10 minutes. Good plain or with whipped cream.
